Key Responsibilities

Lead and support architectural design efforts across a range of project types, ensuring alignment with client goals and project visionDevelop and produce detailed construction documents and design packagesCoordinate effectively with consultants, internal stakeholders, and external partnersContribute throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from early concept through project completionManage priorities across multiple active projects while maintaining quality and deadlinesProvide technical expertise and design insight to enhance overall project delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture required, advanced degree preferredApproximately 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experienceExposure to residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects is highly valuedProficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools such as Revit or AutoCADFamiliarity with design visualization and productivity tools including Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUpStrong organizational, communication, and coordination abilitiesAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
