Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Greenup, KY. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing multi-discipline projects including architectural projects, managing project timelines, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in Architecture and Project ManagementKnowledge of Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldProfessional Architectural license is required.
