Project Architect

We are a small, fully collaborative architectural practice seeking an experienced Architect who can independently own and deliver projects from start to finish. Independently develop and deliver complete project documentation in Revit across all phases, from design development through construction documents, with a high degree of accuracy and minimal oversight.Create detailed sketches and drafts for renovation projects, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.Manage project fee schedules by tracking time against allocated budgeted hours across project phasesUtilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Employ SketchUp for 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively with clients and team members.Contribute actively across all project phases in a small, fully collaborative team environment where every team member is expected to bring initiative, flexibility, and professionalism without relying on the support structure of a larger firm.Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience independently managing and delivering full architectural projects — from pre-design through construction documents and construction administration — with demonstrated accountability for project outcomes. Candidates who have supported portions of projects without owning the full lifecycle are not a fit for this role.Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
