Our client is a nationally recognized planning, architecture, and interior design firm known for delivering high-end hospitality, restaurant, and multifamily projects. The firm is highly design-driven, collaborative, and committed to producing thoughtful work that balances creativity, technical excellence, and client experience. They are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their Baltimore-based team and play a key role in taking projects from concept through construction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects from early design through construction documentation and executionCollaborate closely with Design Directors and Project Managers on project deliveryPrepare and coordinate construction drawings, details, and specificationsContribute to master planning and architectural design conceptsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholdersSupport project schedules, documentation standards, and quality controlRepresent the firm in client meetings and professional settingsRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture7–11 years of professional architectural experienceStrong portfolio with experience in hospitality, private club, restaurant, or multifamily projectsArchitectural licensure or NCARB certification preferredProficiency in REVIT and BIM-based workflowsWorking knowledge of building codes, AIA documents, and industry standardsStrong communication, organization, and presentation skillsSketching ability and LEED accreditation are a plusWhy JoinExposure to high-quality, high-profile projectsLong-term career growth and professional developmentCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
