Project Architect

Lead the architectural design and technical development of commercial projects.Develop and coordinate comprehensive construction document sets.Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit and/or AutoCAD.Oversee project documentation through all phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.Review project details for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and addressing field issues.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality and design objectives.Mentor and support junior architectural staff as needed.Required Qualifications Experience working on commercial architecture projects.Experience with construction administration and field coordination.Strong background in design development and production.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.
