Project Architect

The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of overall Architectural experience in efficient and aggressive project delivery methods. The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of architects, engineers, planners, and designers on a large variety of project types. We are looking for an architect who will be excited to join Garver in expanding our capabilities, and who appreciates blending functional requirements with aesthetic concepts. Bachelor's degree in architectureLicensed Architect or the ability to gain licensure within 12 months BIM experience - Proficient in Revit5-15 years of architecture experienceWorking knowledge of construction techniques and coordinating detailsDetail orientedWorking knowledge of coordination with project engineering disciplinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in development of Opinion of Probable Construction Costs at various stages of project development.Experience with Design-Build Project DeliveryExperience with Request for Proposal – RFP solicitations and project developmentWorking knowledge of National Building Codes and Federal Design criteria.
