Project Architect

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university.Minimum of 5 years of working experience in architectural design.Strong knowledge of building systems, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation.Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for production and coordination.Experience developing building designs, obtaining site plan approvals, and producing fully integrated construction documents.Experience in construction documentation, bidding assistance, and construction administration.Demonstrated skills in architectural design and project management.Strong aptitude for design, construction detailing, and documentation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage project teams.Strong work ethic and a high level of professional responsibility.Additional Skills & Qualifications This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
