Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect with over three years of experience to lead and manage commercial projects. Lead the production of project deliverables from schematic design to construction administration.Demonstrate strong technical leadership and coordinate project documentation.Ensure design quality and compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.Engage directly with clients and contractors to facilitate project success.Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with Principals, project design leaders, and project managers.Uphold the integrity of the design vision throughout the project process.Essential Skills Experience in construction administration and project management.Proficiency in design development and schematic design.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience mentoring junior staff and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.Preferred experience in hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects.Strong client presentation and relationship management skills.Work Environment We have a specialized interiors team and a focus on graphics and signage.
