Project Architect

The position will be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with the expectation that 4 days per week will be spent working in an Ayers Saint Gross office, at a client site, or at off-site locations for company sponsored events as needed. LEED accreditation is required within 12 months.Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor others.Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills.Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process.Construction management experience is a must.Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills.Exceptional client service orientation and relationship-building skills.Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe suite, and Sketch-up.Solid MS office and Deltek abilities.Ability to travel to and navigate client sites during various stages of project development required.
