Project Architect (5-10 years) Hospitality, Retail and/or Industrial focused

The Foundation Architecture, LLC, is a commercial architecture firm located in Valley City, Ohio, serving the Northeast Ohio region and clients across the United States. With over 25 years of expertise, we specialize in designing functional and innovative spaces for the hospitality, industrial, and automotive sectors. Our portfolio includes Hotels, Automotive Dealerships, Car Wash facilities, C-stores, restaurant rollouts, and industrial facilities.

This is a full-time, in-office position, based Southwest of Cleveland. Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, creating detailed plans, coordinating with consultants and contributing to project management activities. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute innovative architectural solutions. Additional duties include integration of design systems, ensuring project accuracy, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design for commercial spacesExperience in Project Management and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and timelinesStrong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaborationBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitPositive mindset, self starter attitudePrior experience in the hospitality, industrial, or automotive sector is a plusCommitment to precision and quality in project deliverablesPay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
