Project Architect

* Lead and generate production of contract documents and deliverables under the purview of the Principal Architect(s) * Assist with bidding and contractor solicitation * Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules * Provide Construction Administration services * Manage working on multiple projects at one time * Assist with proposals and contract execution with clients * Lead and manage design projects from pre-design through project life cycle * Lead and manage hybrid (remote, WFH, in-office) project teams including subconsultant * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and public entities to meet timelines, budget and design intent. * Serve as Architect of Record
