About the Role

Our client is searching for a talented Project Architect to spearhead significant architectural endeavors in Boise, Idaho . In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of diverse projects, from initial client consultations to final project delivery. You will ensure that all designs meet project objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards, while leading a dedicated team of designers and technicians. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including programming, design development, and construction administration. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards. Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs). Requirements Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution. At least 7 years of professional experience in architectural practice. Licensed Architect (RA) in Idaho or ability to obtain licensure promptly. Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit , and Adobe Creative Suite.
