Project Architect

STV is seeking an Architect for our Buildings group in NYC. The Project Architect is the chief technical architect for the management and creation of construction documents on assigned projects within STV's New York Metro architecture practice. The Project Architect serves as the technical lead for the production of construction documents, including drawings and specifications, on assigned projects. Working under the direction of a Senior Project Architect, the Project Architect manages day-to-day production and discipline coordination for assigned work and escalates strategic design decisions and client communication upward. The listed pay range is STV’s good-faith salary estimate for this position.
