Project Architect

Hunter Smith Architecture is a growing company that was formed from an established Architecture Firm with 35 years of producing noteworthy architecture throughout the Central Coast. The Architectural Project Manager role involves working independently on multiple projects in collaboration with a fast-paced and creative team. We pride ourselves on our collaboration; you will work directly with clients, contractors, consultants and governing agencies to bring the project to life. BArch, MArch or equivalent degree from an accredited U.S. Architecture School.CA Architect's license is a plus, but not necessarily required.5+ years of architectural office experience, including the production of construction drawings and details.Experience with Vectorworks.Self-motivated, organized, and value attention to detailAbility to work together with our team and consultants to deliver value for our clients.Responsive and dependable to meet deadlinesAbility to clearly and effectively communicateMust be eligible to work in the United States.Must be available to work in the office in downtown San Luis Obispo and visit job sites throughout San Luis Obispo County.We offer a 401K retirement plan with company match, a QSEHRA medical reimbursement plan, PTO, and flexibility in work schedule.
