Project Architect

This role is responsible for producing high-quality design and construction documents, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations, budget requirements, and scheduling objectives. Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.Develop, coordinate, and review construction document sets.Produce detailed architectural drawings and project documentation.Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site observations.Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements.Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff.Participate in design development and technical detailing efforts.Maintain quality control standards throughout project execution.Required Qualifications: Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
