WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have 3–6 years of experience. You've been trusted with more than your title suggests. You've run a project meeting, solved a code issue on the fly, managed a consultant, or handled a difficult client conversation—maybe all of it in the same week. You don't wait to be asked what to do. You figure it out. Then you do it.

You are competitive. You want to be on the best team. You ask great questions—but you don't stop there. You find the answers. You see problems before they become problems. You don't ask “what can I do to help?”—you figure out how you can help and you do it.

You're collaborative, not territorial. You care about the team's success as much as your own. You want Balance Architects to be the absolute best, and you understand that means everyone has to perform. You're here for the mission, not just a paycheck.

— 3–6 years of architectural experience in a professional office setting.
— Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
— ARE in progress or completed preferred—not required.
— Revit proficiency required.
— Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and systems.
— Ability to run a project or significant portion of one with limited direction.
— Strong written and verbal communication—you can hold a client meeting.
— Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and evolving priorities.
— Obsessive attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work.
— Curious about AI, technology, and emerging tools in architecture and construction.
