OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect/Job Captain to join us in our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and collaborate on large-scale commercial projects from concept through construction phases.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plansResearch building codes and local zoning requirementsPrepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideasProduce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction

Necessary Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant design experienceExperience producing construction drawings in Revit is requiredProficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design
