Kevin B. Howard Architects, Inc. is a growing, upscale residential and commercial architectural firm, seeking a stellar candidate to join our team, full time, as an Architectural Project manager.
As a Project Manager, the successful applicant will work with other team members from the design phase, through construction administration phase.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and at least 1-year of experience with an architectural firm. A license is not required but is a plus. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite are required. 3-D-modeling software and scale model building are requested. Experience in concrete and steel framed building systems preferred. The desire and motivation to create, and assist in creating, premier architecture is required.
