Project Architect

Architect License in any state of U.S.(8) years experience in an architectural firm environment.Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, and OutlookKnowledge of virtual meeting programs including Zoom and TeamsSalary is negotiable based upon experience and skillset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage projects and project team.Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants and internal teammatesCoordinate with owners for development of project proposals and contractsProgram, design, produce and manage the production of drawings packages through SD, DD, CDWrite specifications as needed, in collaboration with Director of ProductionCoordinate with MEP, Structural, Civil Engineers and other specialty consultantsPerform self quality control prior to formal QC reviewsPerform code review and coordinate with building officialsOversee the release of documentsPerform construction administration including bidding and negotiations and interacting with construction teamsReview shop drawingsAttend job meetings and oversee production of meeting minutesFollow playbook procedures and contribute to overall enhancements and continued development of playbook, standards and templatesPerform all other duties as assignedExhibit FMD’s core values in work and when communicating on behalf of the firm FMD Architects Inc. grants equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, military status, disability, genetic information, marital status or any other protected class as determined under applicable federal, state and local laws.Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
