We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction administration. Prior participation in California Division of the State Architect (DSA) jurisdiction public school projects consisting of ground-up buildings, modernizations, or portables will be a plus but not essential.

All architects in the firm are “hands-on” using Revit so a proficiency in a range of software including BIM (Revit) for 3d-model construction and 2d drafting views is preferred.

This role could be a combination of traditional senior design architect, senior technical architect, and project manager roles if the candidates is sufficiently well-rounded.

Skills:

– Hands-on proficiency in Revit.

– Experience with project scheduling.

– NCARB certification or state licensure in architecture.

– Experience in construction administration.

– Strong understanding of budgeting principles.

– Ability to draft and revise project documents.
