Project Architect

Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and familiarity with building codes and regulations.Experience with Project Management, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, schedule oversight, and budget awareness.Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms to create, manage, and update detailed project models.Knowledge of Submittals processes, including review, tracking, and coordination with contractors and consultants.Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Experience in construction administration, site observation, and resolving field conditions is beneficial.
