Project Architect and Senior Project Manager

This position offers the opportunity to step into a senior, strategic role within a growing practice, with increased visibility, responsibility, and impact. Lead projects from concept through construction with full ownership of design, documentation, and delivery Serve as a primary client contact and build strong relationships throughout the life of a project Direct and coordinate internal teams and consultants across all phases Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall execution strategy Lead technical documentation and ensure design intent is carried through construction Manage construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Perform code analysis including zoning, accessibility, and life safety requirements Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to a strong collaborative team environment Support business development efforts including client presentations and strategic pursuits Collective Architecture offers a hands-on, leadership-driven environment where experienced professionals can take ownership of their work and make a measurable impact.
