Manage each project from start to finish, including conceptual ideas, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration services.
oversee the development of contract documents; provide construction site representation; and act as a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of architecture
Any combination of residential, multi-family residential, or commercial design experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
Thorough knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
Understand major building systems, detailing, and constructability
Licensed architect in the State of Washington preferred but not required
