Position Overview We are seeking a Project Architect/ Project Manager with 15+ years of experience who is highly proficient in Revit and experienced in multifamily design. You will work closely with firm leadership and contribute meaningfully to projects from early feasibility through construction.Develop and refine multifamily unit layouts with a focus on efficiency, marketability, constructibility, and code compliance Build and manage detailed 3D Revit models using real construction assemblies within model for realistic takeoffs and preliminary pricing purposes Iterate quickly on layout revisions as project constraints evolve and financial models inform new decisions Produce parking layouts and site studies Coordinate closely with in-house construction team on pre-construction items such as preliminary cost assessments, constructability reviews, MEP strategies, and project delivery strategies Lead small residential projects in full (e.g., Strong multifamily project experience
