Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager

BB&W Architects, LLC is a growing, healthcare focused architectural firm with an immediate need for one or more full-time Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager to join our team on-site at our new beltway 8 location in Houston, TX. A minimum of 8 years of experience in US commercial Architecture and Architectural Project Management.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; professional licensure is a plus.Strong proficiency in Revit and MS Office Suite is required; experience with AutoCAD and Twinmotion is plus.In-depth knowledge of building codes.Well-versed in typical building systems and the ability to lead the production of construction documents.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong written and verbal communication skills.Supervisory experience, including guiding and managing project team members to ensure direction, organization, and quality control.Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset to meet deadlines.Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and be a current resident of the contiguous United States. Manage and execute all phases of complex architectural projects, including programming, design, presentation drawings, construction documents, specifications, construction administration, project management, and client communications through project completion.Monitor project schedules and ensure deliverables meet established requirements.Coordinate with consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure code compliance.Demonstrate strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills on various project types.Maintain effective communication with the project team and Principals, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
