Project Architect/ Architectural Designer

Roles & Responsibilities Preparing and developing drawings in Revit and/or AutoCADAssisting with design studies, space planning, and project documentationCoordinating with internal team members, consultants, and project managersSupporting construction documents and detailingParticipating in code research and technical problem-solvingAssisting during construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field observations Qualifications 5+ years of architectural experience Degree in architecture, architectural technology, or related experienceExperience with Revit and/or AutoCADStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a project teamWillingness to work in-officeAuthorization to work in the United StatesLearning how healthcare projects move from early planning through constructionWants to grow in architecture, not stay stuck doing repetitive production workInterested in healthcare design and meaningful project workEnjoys both design thinking and technical problem-solvingWants exposure to real projects, clients, consultants, and constructionLikes being part of a smaller team where their contribution mattersPursuing licensure or wants mentorship toward stronger project leadershipTake ownership, asks good questions, and wants to keep learning
