Project Architect (Architecture) – Retail Focus - AHL

The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and oversee the production and design of fast‑paced full‑build‑out and tenant‑improvement retail projects. Manage the technical direction, coordination, and production of retail projects, including occasional non‑retail work. from a four‑year college or university with an architecture degree or focus. At least seven (7) years of substantial experience in all phases of architecture, including three (3) years of substantial project architect and management experience of retail projects. Substantial knowledge of retail project systems and procedures for design, management, and production of construction and design development documents.
