Enjoy professional growth opportunities and exposure to diverse project sectors.Job DescriptionProject Architect OverviewThe Project Architect will lead and manage innovative architectural projects across diverse sectors, ensuring exceptional design quality and execution.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, functional, and client-focused architectural solutions.Develop and present comprehensive project proposals and designs, aligning with client visions and requirements.Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and life-safety regulations throughout all project phases.Foster team growth by mentoring staff and promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.Participate in site analyses and material selection to support project goals and sustainability standards.Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing strategies to ensure timely and profitable delivery.Work in a newly designed downtown office with hybrid flexibility and exposure to diverse project types.Project Architect Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead project teams through all design and construction phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.Negotiate contracts with clients and manage scope changes effectively to maintain project integrity.Direct construction administration efforts, coordinating with contractors and consultants for timely execution.Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and staffing strategies to optimize resources.Evaluate and select building systems and materials to meet design and performance standards.Conduct thorough site analyses to inform design decisions and project planning.Review team deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.Mentor studio staff, fostering a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and high design standards.Project Architect Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation or high-end food & beverage design.Licensed architect in PA or OH; multistate registration is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, REVIT, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.Strong design and technical skills with effective communication and collaboration abilities.Previous experience in team leadership and project management is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel regionally and nationally to oversee project progress and client relations.
