Gorman & Company is seeking a collaborative and detail-driven Project Architect to lead the design and documentation of multifamily and hospitality developments from concept through construction. Coordinate project deliverables with development, construction, engineering, and consulting partners to maintain design quality and project alignment. Minimum five years of multifamily architectural design experience; affordable housing or LIHTC experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays as needed.
