The candidate should have experience in municipal or public-bid project types, and familiarity with Wicks-Law requirements. Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience Excellent communication (verbally and written), organization, work planning, and team facilitation skills Self-Motivated, and ability to work in a team environment Must be proficient Revit, AutoCAD, and have knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Strong knowledge of NYS Building Codes and NFPA (ICC codes a plus) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook; MS Project experience is a plus) Registered Architect in the State of New York (desirable but not required) Some travel will be required The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
