Project Architect Available (Seattle)

Garret Cord Werner Architects & Interior Designers is a growing Northwest boutique firm that specializes in luxury & high-end contemporary residential design. We're looking for a dynamic, talented architect, to join the team who has a passion for design and wants to be part of a collaborative and inspired team.

Responsibilities:
-Advanced to expert working knowledge of Revit. Please refer to garretcordwerner.com under the "new work" tab to view current examples.
-Creation of construction documents (floor plans, elevations, RCPs, details).
- Service-oriented when dealing with clients and able to adapt to all types of personalities.
-Prepare specifications and fee estimates for each project.
-Coordinate and direct when necessary with consultants and contractors during various construction stages and processes.
-Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and assignments and quickly react to changing priorities.
-Permit processing and knowledge of building code.

-Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
-Microsoft Office
