HNDN Architecture is a growing Miami-based architecture practice working on design-focused residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout South Florida and New York.
We are a small, hands-on studio where each team member has a meaningful role in the design and delivery of our projects. As the practice grows, we are looking for a Project Architect / BIM Coordinator who can contribute to our projects while also helping us build smarter, more consistent ways of working.
This position is ideal for an architect or architectural professional who is highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, enjoys the technical and organizational side of architecture, and has naturally become a resource for others when it comes to Revit, BIM, and project coordination.
The role will primarily focus on architectural project delivery while also serving as HNDN's internal lead for Revit and BIM coordination.
THE ROLE
Approximately 80% of the position will focus on architectural project work and 20% on BIM coordination, standards, and office support.
Because HNDN is a growing practice, this is not a position where you will simply inherit an established corporate BIM system. You will work directly with the Principal and project team to help develop practical standards and workflows that improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our work.
The right person will have the opportunity to take significant ownership of projects, influence how our studio operates, and grow with the practice.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3–7+ years of professional architectural experience.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required.Experience producing complete architectural construction document sets.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building assemblies, and consultant coordination.Experience coordinating structural and MEP drawings and models.Experience working with linked Revit models and consultant backgrounds.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro/Forma, and cloud worksharing is strongly preferred.Understanding of Revit templates, worksets, view templates, families, linked models, shared coordinates, and model management.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or high-end residential projects is preferred.Experience with Florida permitting and construction practices is a plus.Professional architecture degree required.Architectural licensure is welcomed but not required.
Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in someone who has become the "Revit person" in their current office—the person colleagues turn to when a model isn't working correctly, a consultant link needs to be coordinated, or there is a better way to accomplish something.
At the same time, we don't want this position to exist outside of the architecture. You should enjoy producing drawings, solving details, coordinating consultants, managing projects, and seeing work through construction.
You should be comfortable working in a small studio where responsibilities overlap, decisions happen quickly, and you'll have direct access to the firm's Principal rather than multiple layers of management.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone interested in helping build a practice, not simply filling a position within one.
COMPENSATION + WORK ENVIRONMENT
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Position: Full-time, in person.
Studio Location: Little River section of Miami, Florida.

HNDN Architecture offers the opportunity to work closely with the Principal on thoughtfully designed projects while having a meaningful voice in the development of a growing architecture practice.
