Project Architect - CA Focus

OPEN OFFICE is seeking to hire an experienced Architect that has Contract Administration experience. This is a LA based in-office position and applicants from the area are preferred. OPEN OFFICE is a multifaceted design studio with a focus on the built environment. At our core is a highly experienced and nimble staff that bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each project we tackle. Accredited professional or graduate degree in architectureMin 10 years of relevant experience in taking projects through Construction Administration.Licensure preferred, but not requiredRevit and Auto Cad knowledge requiredProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchupKnowledge of building construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailingExperience in all aspects of Construction Administration Knowledge of local building codes and jurisdictional requirements.Organized and capable of handling multiple projects and tasks at the same timeAble to adapt to shifting schedules while meeting deadlines and maintaining project qualityStrong communication skills required
