Project Architect - Cities & Places

As a Project Architect on our Cities & Places team in Bellevue, WA you’ll be responsible for managing projects for environments that enhance organizational performance and achieve the client’s business objectives utilizing best practices. Responsible for ensuring the overall design intent of the project established by the Project Designer is incorporated into the detailed documentation.Monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is consistent and properly executed.Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a projectWorks with the project specification writer to develop specifications and is responsible for coordination of drawings and specifications.Checks completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations for accuracyWorks to implement the overall strategy for producing the documents and participates in organizing the sheets planned for each stage of the work. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required10-15 years’ architecture experience.Licensed Architect with current registration.Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with BIM coordination workflows.Will not now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa (examples H-1B, L-1B, TN, or other temporary visa status like OPT or F-1) to work for Jacobs in the U.S. Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
