Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred)Licensed Architect (5 years minimum) with 8 plus years professional/technical experience in ArchitectureExperience in managing multiple project types (housing, civic, education, a plus)Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes,Highly proficient in technical documentation, building materials, constructability, and coordination of specifications,Experience in construction document preparation and field observationProficient in Adobe and/or Affinity Creative Suites Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling softwareFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentExcellent communication and client relationship management skills Our culture Moody Nolan is a diverse workplace, founded on the principles of equity and inclusion.
