What You'll Bring 5+ years of architectural experience focused on multifamily housing projectsArchitectural license in Colorado or active progress toward licensure requiredStrong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCADExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex project requirementsExperience with affordable housing, LIHTC, or hospitality projects is a plusValid drivers license & proof of vehicle liability insuranceAbility to work a hybrid schedule from our Denver office
