The firm is seeking an experienced and driven Project Architect to join its Commercial & Hospitality Studio. Lead architectural design phases from concept through completion, ensuring all work adheres to client specifications and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, construction managers, and clients to facilitate seamless, well-coordinated project executionDevelop and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to stakeholders with clarity and confidenceManage and mentor a team of architects and draftspersons, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and design excellenceOversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure full adherence to industry standards, best practices, and applicable codesMaintain project schedules and budgets across all design and construction phases, proactively identifying and resolving issuesBuild and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction at every stage of project delivery Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture8-15 years of experience leading commercial and hospitality architecture projectsExperience mentoring architects and draftersProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpProfessional registration preferredExperience across all design and construction phases, including coordination of consultant engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, and MEPExperience preparing construction documentation for architectural projectsThorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance processes, including QA/QC and permitting workflowsStrong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing project schedules, budgets, and project teams across multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing client relationships and presenting design proposals and feasibility studies to clients and project stakeholdersExperience resolving coordination issues and clashes with consultants during design and construction documentation is a plus
