As a Senior Architect, you will lead complex, multi-faceted work that engages your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to guide teams toward exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale, complex projects from concept through construction, presenting design and technical solutions directly to clients and stakeholders.Manage and mentor project teams by setting priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeing design and technical execution to meet project milestones.Contribute to proposals, fee development, work plans, and schedules while strengthening existing client relationships and supporting new business development.Develop design concepts, guide technical detailing, produce and coordinate construction documents, and ensure compliance with codes and permitting requirements.Oversee construction administration, including site visits, submittal/RFI review, evaluation of cost and schedule proposals, and resolution of field issues. Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising and mentoring architectural staff across multiple project phases.Advanced knowledge of architectural systems, construction methods, sustainability strategies, and integrated design processes.Strong communication skills—verbal, written, visual—with the ability to present confidently and build trust with clients and project partners.High proficiency in Revit/BIM360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Newforma; familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, and SketchUp preferred.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and complex project challenges.
