Project Architect: Construction Administration

About the Job We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Designer or Registered Architect to join our team in a key Construction Administration (CA) role for a major project in Miami, Florida. Review and process shop drawings and track open and priority items for reviewReview samples, substitutions, and mock-ups for use in the projectPrepare sketches and supplemental documentation in response to Contractor RFIs or design/coordination changesConduct site visits and attend Owner/Architect/Contractor meetingsAssemble Field Observation Reports and track open issuesParticipate in coordination meetingsCoordinate documentation and review project data for compliance with applicable codes and standards Qualifications Professional degree in ArchitectureMinimum 10 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years focused on Construction Administration for high-rise buildings with complex systemsMust have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, tight deadlines and work on various tasks concurrently.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented team-playerStrong critical thinking skills, and ability to carry out the design concept to realizationFamiliarity with Florida building codesSupport Business Development initiatives Benefits Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Competitive PTO 401(k) with Employer Contribution To apply, please create an account and submit your resume and portfolio.
