Role Description

This full-time Project Architect / Construction Administration Lead role is based in Atlanta, GA. The position is responsible for leading construction administration activities for a significant 2,500-seat worship space in East Cobb currently moving through the construction document phase. The Project Architect / CA Lead will work closely with a Project Manager, Design Architect, and Principal Architect while taking day-to-day responsibility for project execution and construction administration leadership.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional architecture experienceConstruction administration experience on commercial architecture projectsExperience with construction documents and consultant coordinationWorking knowledge of typical CA processes, including submittals, RFIs, field reports, ASIs, punch lists, and contractor coordinationAbility to lead day-to-day project communication and follow-throughStrong written, verbal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with churches, worship spaces, performing arts, cultural, civic, institutional, or assembly projectsExperience on large, complex projects with multiple consultantsArchitectural licensure is beneficial but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $80,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience.
