Job Requirements

Experience: 09 to 15years

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: Full-Time on Clients W2

Interview Type: 2-3 rounds video / might ask for F2F

Budget/Salary: $150K plus benefits

Domain Preferred: Civil Engineering, Architectural engineers, construction, etc

Skills: Bluebeam, Sketchup, Registered Architect, Microsoft Word & Excel

Work Authorization: Any non-sponsorship visa

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Architect:

#1. Must be a registered architect.

#2, Must have at least 9+years of experience.

#3. Must have solid Revit, Bluebeam and Sketchup skills

#3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Responsibilities of the Project Architect:

The architect's duties will include being an active team member developing projects in their entirety, beginning with programming/conceptual design through the completion of construction administration.
Specific task will include preparing project construction documents;
Communicating with and coordinating with consultants, contractors, owners & team members;
Documenting code review and compliance;
Reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance.
Requirements of the Project Architect:

Registered Architect
9-15+ years of experience
High energy, confident, and goal oriented.
A passion for creative design.
Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office.
Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm.
Other Key Requirements:

Hybrid
Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
