Project Architect (Design Manager)

BA/BS in Architecture or Construction Management required3–8 years of postgraduate architectural experience with at least 3 years of project management experienceRegistered Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure (reimbursement available for exams)Experience with multi-family, healthcare, or hospitality projects; senior living experience is a strong plusLead and coordinate the entire design process as the owner’s representative, managing architecture and consultant teamsOversee design schedules, budgets, functionality, and compliance with codes and operational requirementsUtilize Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam for design reviews and coordination with external design firmsManage RFP processes, consultant agreements, and collaboration between ownership, design teams, and contractorsSalary: $98,000 - $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
