Project Architect (Design Manager)

Administration of all design agreements—including basic and additional services—falls to you, along with supporting the design process to ensure compliance with the established design program while maintaining knowledge of local and state codes and how they affect project design and permitting. Working with contractors, you'll understand how to most efficiently utilize available materials and systems in the design process. A BA/BS in Architecture or construction management is required.
