You are passionate about the impact of planning and design on people’s lives and thrive on developing workplace strategies and architectural solutions to complex problems for the Federal / Public sector. You are a proactive and creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, as well as a good communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors while balancing the demands of multiple projects at various stages of development. Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Pre-Design to Concept, Schematic Design through Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration preferred. LEED documentation and certification experience preferred, but not required. Experience in MS Project a plus, but not required.
