Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Project Architect with expertise in HCAi and OSHPD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of design quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of projects in compliance with HCAi and OSHPD regulations.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.Prepare and review construction documentation and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.Utilize Revit for detailed project rendering and documentation.Mentor and guide junior architectural staff and assist in their professional development.Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Licensed Architect (AIA and NCARB certification preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in project architecture, specifically with HCAi and OSHPD projects.Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.Strong understanding of construction documentation and project management processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits
