WHAT WE RE AFTER
Our progressive Architecture Team seeks a talented Healthcare Project Architect to lead projects in the Dallas, TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client-facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role.

Project Architects (Healthcare) have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO .

Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
Lead ongoing communication and collaboration with team members in other Firm offices, proactively engaging on a daily basis.
Concept to complete construction documents
Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
Lead the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you ll need

Healthcare Design or Planning experience is a must
Licensed Architect in Texas
10+ years of relevant experience
Self-motivated individual with growth mindset
Strong knowledge of the design process
Ability to work through fast paced projects
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
Independent problem-solving
Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
Collaborate with in house teams across our three offices
Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
Preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
