Project Architect - Healthcare - Columbia

Our projects represent the work of a collaborative group of dedicated design professionals driven by a solitary goal: to deliver a functional solution that inspire collaboration, function, imagination, constructability, and attributes of a well-constructed environmental design. Provide limited, high level, production supervision as necessary for work involving a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements. Serve as primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to hazardous working conditions in conjunction with construction site visits.
