Project Architect - Healthcare

RDG Planning and Design Des Moines, Iowa

Description: At RDG, great healthcare design starts with listening. We’re looking for an experienced architect who is passionate about providing exceptional client service, building lasting relationships and creating environments that support better care.

In this role, you’ll be involved with healthcare projects from early planning and design through construction administration, serving as a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader for multidisciplinary project teams. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly and keep projects aligned with each client’s goals, schedule and budget.

You’ll also have a meaningful role in the continued growth of our Madison office. As part of a newer, close-knit team backed by an established firm with more than 60 years of experience, you’ll get the best of both worlds: the autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit to help shape a growing office, along with the resources, expertise and stability of a nationally recognized practice.
