Project Architect – High-End Residential

This role is focused on high-end residential work and requires strong experience in project management, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and technical oversight across all phases of a project. Key responsibilities Produce and coordinate design development and construction document drawing sets Oversee projects from schematic design through construction administration Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple active projects Coordinate drawings and information with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, lighting, low-voltage, and other consultants Review shop drawings and support consultant coordination during construction Maintain drawing quality, file organization, sheet standards, and overall technical consistency Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to support project continuity Research products, materials, and systems and assist with cost and budget coordination Provide regular progress updates, to-do lists, and project reporting to leadership We are looking for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and precision, and who can help lead projects with a high level of technical control and coordination. This is an in-person role for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day development and execution of exceptional residential projects.
