Lead and generate production of contract documents and deliverables under the purview of the Principal Architect(s)Assist with bidding and contractor solicitationMonitor and maintain project budgets and schedulesProvide Construction Administration servicesManage working on multiple projects at one timeAssist with proposals and contract execution with clientsLead and manage design projects from pre-design through project life cycleLead and manage hybrid (remote, WFH, in-office) project teams including subconsultantCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and public entities to meet timelines, budget and design intent.Serve as Architect of Record

Qualifications

Strong communication skillsRegistered Architect in ColoradoHighly proficient in REVIT and AutoCADUnderstanding of drawing conventions, file organization, external references, and technical accuracyDemonstrated knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs in the Colorado marketDemonstrated practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineeringFamiliar with permit review process and other jurisdictional requirements in ColoradoAbility to travel as required by job demands
